SCOW

  • Initial general medical examination and outpatient treatment for uncomplicated and mild acute diseases
  • Provide simple follow-up care for Internal medicine, chronic diseases (hypertension, diabetes…), Obstetrics and Gynecology clinic, Pediatric clinic…
  • Health check-up includes senior health check-up and long-term health monitoring management
  • Perform services as Gastrointestinal endoscopy, diagnostic imaging with Ultrasound, CT scan for HC, lung cancer screening, acute pathology; MRI; Mammography (screening for breast cancer and HC)
  • Lab: POC for medical examination and treatment, In-depth testing, and HC: transfer to hospital
  • Other specialties: ENT, Maxillofacial with a dental unit, Eyes unit
  • Professional coordination with specialized departments
  • If quick consultation is needed: via telemedicine or making an appointment with a specialist from the hospital to examine the patient directly at the clinic (similar to the other clinic practice)
  • If the patient requires hospitalization or surgery: Transfer to the
  • The clinic staffing: 15 doctors, 25 nurses, 30 pharmacists and supporters.
  • The clients are both Vietnamese and Foreigners, Korean as well.

 

PROFILE REQUIREMENT

Positions:

 

02 General Internal Medicine Doctor (General Physician) at least 01 of them can do endoscopy
Responsibilities: – Carry out a medical examination, treatment, and consultation in accordance with professional standards and professional regulations and procedures.

– Order appropriate tests to support patient diagnosis.

– Prescribe medications for patients safely and effectively.

– Perform medical procedures/techniques/procedures/surgery according to medical privileges granted to treat diseases

– Ensure complete recording and management of medical records according to regulations and professional requirements.

– Update and deploy new professional knowledge and techniques

– Immediately and promptly resolve customer questions and complaints related to medical examination and treatment expertise of the specialty

Location: Korean Clinic at Vinhomes Ocean Park 2 urban area, Hanoi
Working hour: 44h/week, Mon to Sat morning
Remuneration: –       Salary: Negotiable. Doctor Salary ranges at least 30,000,000 won/month (before tax). Employee is responsible for paying personal income tax (“PIT”) according to applicable law of Vietnam. Vinmec shall register and pay PIT from the monthly gross income to the tax department according to the applicable law of Vietnam. Certification of tax yearly payment in Vietnam will be issued to employees prior to the repatriation. Any other tax liabilities outside of Vietnam that are applicable to the income will be borne by the employee.

–       Allowance: international health insurance for candidate and family; housing support (800 USD/month for doctor, 600 USD/month for nurse) ; 01 economic round-trip ticket to visit home/per working year.

–       Annual leaves and visit home/conferences/ renew license in Korea if any: 20 days/working year

–       The company covers: taxes and legal costs issued in Vietnam (visa, work permit, medical license, resident card); 01 economic plane ticket when onboarding and at the end of the contract.

–       Lunch: provided

–       Others: Negotiable.

Profile Requirements: – Being Korean, living in Korea or other countries, or Vietnam (HN, HCM…)
– Have a degree in medicine doctor, specialty degrees/certificates in the required specialty (internist, pediatrician, obstetrician-gynecologist)- Have a valid medical license in Korea or in the country they live in before coming to Vietnam- Practice continuous medical examination and treatment in a hospital or clinic for at least 3 years before applying

– Gender: not specified. Age: priority candidates under 50

Type and terms of contracts:

 

–       By Vietnamese legal requirement, the term of the employment contract including 2- 6 months probation time with any foreign employee shall not be longer than the term of work permit (which is the 2-year term). The employment contract starts from the effective date of the work permit and the duration shall not exceed 24 months according to the work permit.

–       For the engagement plan longer than 2 years: Vinmec will sign with employees several consecutive, non-interrupted contracts based on the extension of the work permit, and then the contract can be extended.
