Job Description
1. Program Creation:
Creating CNC programs, primarily for lathes (lathe CNC programming experience welcome)
2. Production Operations:
Machine setup, adjustment, and operation for repeat orders;
Guiding and training workers
3. Quality and Finishing Work:
Inspection, deburring, and related tasks
Requirements
◆ Required Qualifications
3+ years of hands-on experience in machine setup and operation;
Ability to read technical drawings, including those used in CAD/CAM work
◆ Required Qualifications
Extensive hands-on experience in lathe CNC programming;
Extensive experience machining metal parts, either through milling or lathe work;
Experience using 3D CAD software such as SolidWorks (other CAD software also acceptable; CAM skills can be learned on the job);
Experience machining parts for the aerospace, medical device, or semiconductor industries

Open to candidates of all ages, including those in their 20s
No specific educational background required (there is a track record of promotion from worker to staff)
Someone who is proactive about learning new techniques and improving processes
No Japanese or English language proficiency required
Someone with the ambition to learn Japanese technical expertise and pursue a future management role
Benefits
Work Location: Long Binh (Amata) Industrial Park, Long Binh Ward, Dong Nai Province, Vietnam
Working Hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (every other Saturday)
Holidays: Saturdays (alternate weeks), Sundays, and public holidays
Annual Paid Leave: In accordance with Vietnamese labor law
Employment Type: Full-time employee (1-year employment contract after the probation period)
Probation Period: 2 months (salary during probation is 85% of base salary)
Salary: 15,000,000 – 17,000,000 VND (gross/month)
Salary Review: Once a year (January), based on company and individual performance
Bonus: Paid based on company and individual performance (5-year average: 2.2 months’ salary)
Social Insurance: Social insurance, health insurance, and occupational accident insurance provided upon formal employment after the probation period (in accordance with Vietnamese labor law)
Other Allowances: Details will be shared through discussion and the official offer letter once an offer is extended
