This role is responsible for setting product direction, growing Product Owners, and driving business outcomes across live game titles through strong strategic, cross-functional, and people leadership.
WHAT YOU’LL DO

● Own the strategic direction for one or more live game titles, ensuring
alignment with company goals, portfolio priorities, and market opportunities
● Translate business goals into clear product priorities across retention,
monetization, content strategy, and player experience
● Identify growth opportunities through player behavior, market signals,
competitive benchmarking, and internal performance trends
● Set quarterly product goals, define success criteria, and make major
trade-off decisions across initiatives
● Balance short-term wins with long-term product health and
sustainable franchise growth
LiveOps Performance Leadership:
● Define the LiveOps direction, planning principles, and success criteria
for events, feature releases, offers, economy improvements, and content
beats
● Review and challenge seasonal plans to ensure they support business
goals, player needs, and portfolio priorities
● Drive continuous optimization of core metrics such as retention,
conversion, payer performance, ARPDAU, and LTV
● Guide experimentation priorities by clarifying what product questions
matter most and how results should influence future priorities
● Monitor game health and respond to major risks, opportunities, and
performance changes
People & Team Leadership
● Lead, coach, and develop Product Owners and other product talent
within the team
● Raise team quality through stronger prioritization, sharper
decision-making, and better product judgment
● Provide clear direction, feedback, and context so team members can
grow in ownership and impact
● Help shape team ways of working, performance expectations, and
leadership bench strength for future scaling
Cross-Functional & Decision Leadership
● Act as the senior product counterpart across design, production,
analytics, engineering, art, UA, player lifecycle marketing, and other key
stakeholders
● Align stakeholders around priorities, trade-offs, target outcomes, and
success metrics
● Resolve strategic ambiguity, unblock high-impact decisions, and keep
teams focused on the most important business opportunities
● Support healthy execution through clarity of direction, without taking
over day-to-day squad ownership
● Promote a culture of ownership, learning, fast iteration, and honest
feedback
WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE
● Product direction is clear, focused, and tied to meaningful business
outcomes
● LiveOps priorities and major decisions are sharper, faster, and better
aligned across functions
● Product Owners grow in capability, ownership, and decision quality over
time.

monetization, engagement, or strategic progress
QUALIFICATIONS
● 5+ years of product management experience, with meaningful
ownership of live products in mobile gaming or comparable consumer
digital businesses
● Proven experience owning business or product outcomes for live
products, ideally including retention, monetization, and LiveOps
performance
● Strong understanding of LiveOps strategy, game economy, player
lifecycle, and mobile game business drivers
● Demonstrated ability to turn ambiguous business goals into clear
priorities, align cross-functional teams, and make high-impact decisions
● Experience operating at game-level or team-level scope beyond a
single feature area
● Experience coaching, mentoring, or managing Product Owners and
other product talent
● Strong analytical thinking and fluency in key product and game metrics
such as retention, conversion, ARPDAU, payer metrics, and LTV
● Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the
ability to influence without relying only on formal authority

and business outcomes

● Experience working across a portfolio of mature products with different
business and player challenges
● Hands-on familiarity with experimentation, segmentation, player
lifecycle marketing, and monetization systems in live products
● Direct people management experience or a track record of building
strong product talent pipelines
● Experience in music games, casual games, or other live-service
products with strong event-driven engagement loops
OUR CULTURE
● We believe in high ownership, sharp thinking, fast learning, and honest
collaboration. In this role, you’ll have the opportunity to shape product
direction, grow people, and make a direct impact on the business
performance of games played by millions.
