Job Description
New business development and account follow-up for existing clients
Preparing proposal materials for each project, and providing translation and interpretation support
Accompanying Sales staff and Consultants during program delivery, reporting on results, and conducting related analysis
Regular follow-up on project progress for each assigned client
Other internal coordination duties, including reporting to your direct manager, Consultants, and the Admin team
Requirements
Japanese language: Business level (equivalent to JLPT N1)
Bachelor’s degree or higher (graduates of a four-year university in Japan will be given priority in the interview process)
3+ years of sales experience at a Japanese-affiliated company
Able to work at the Hanoi Head Office for the first month after joining (OJT will be conducted there)
Benefits
Salary: 20,000,000 – 30,000,000 VND (gross/month, negotiable)
Salary Review: Once a year
Bonus: 4 times a year (quarterly, performance-linked)

OJT: First month at the Hanoi Head Office (flights and accommodation arranged by the company)
Career Path After Joining
Month 1: OJT at the Hanoi Head Office (approx. 1 month; travel costs and accommodation arranged by the company). Trainees will learn about the business, our solutions, and how projects are run.
From month 2: At their assigned office, working with their OJT leader and Consultants to pursue new business development, accompany client visits, and provide translation and interpretation.
Long term: Based on our performance-driven evaluation system, employees can look forward to advancing to Team Leader or Manager roles, taking on job rotations, and ultimately building a career as a professional Consultant.

Working Time: Monday – Friday (8:30 – 17:30)
