Currently, the company is looking for a Bridge System Engineer (BrSE) to work onsite in Tokyo, Japan. This position offers the opportunity to be a key liaison between Japanese clients and the development team in Vietnam, while working on complex and high-impact enterprise projects.
As a Bridge System Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in managing and delivering outsourced software projects for Japanese clients. Responsibilities include:
Acting as the primary point of contact between the Japanese client and the offshore development team in Vietnam.
Communicating with clients to gather and analyze requirements, and converting them into technical documents.
Preparing and managing project documentation in the Insurance domain.
Planning, monitoring progress, and coordinating daily operations of the project team.
Ensuring effective communication and timely delivery of project milestones.
We are looking for candidates with the following qualifications:
Proven experience in business analysis for SaaS-based IoT/IIoT platforms.
Solid knowledge of JavaScript and front-end/backend integration.
Proficiency in Figma for UI/UX wireframing and analysis.
Understanding of information security standards (OWASP, ISO, IEC) and data protection best practices.
Familiarity with enterprise applications such as CRM, Salesforce, and MES is a strong advantage.
Strong skills in stakeholder management, negotiation, and communication.
Hands-on experience working in Agile environments, using Azure DevOps for sprint tracking.
Fluent in English and Japanese (mandatory).
Willingness to relocate and work onsite in Tokyo, Japan for at least 6 months.
Competitive fixed monthly salary (negotiable based on experience).
