As a Game Live Service Operator, you will be at the heart of our game’s operational excellence, ensuring our RPG titles remain vibrant, engaging, and smoothly running:
Oversee day-to-day operations of our RPG titles, focusing on both PVE Co-op Dungeons and PVP Battle Arenas.
Collaborate with development teams to schedule and deploy game patches, updates, and new content, ensuring a seamless experience for our players.
Plan and execute engaging live events and promotions that enhance community engagement and retention.
Monitor game performance and player feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Work with the community management team to communicate effectively with our player base.
Manage in-game economies to ensure balance and player satisfaction.
Develop strategies to increase player lifetime value through engagement and monetization initiatives.
Produce regular reports on game performance, player feedback, and event outcomes to inform future strategies.
Required skills and experiences
5+ years of experience in live game operations, preferably within the RPG genre.
Working experience in big studios such as Blizzard Entertainment, Riot Games, and Square Enix,… or similar size studios
Strong understanding of game mechanics, especially in PVE and PVP environments.
Creative thinker with the ability to conceive and execute engaging live events.
Strong communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex issues clearly to both players and internal teams.
Experience with game analytics tools and metrics.
Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Passion for gaming, with a deep understanding of the MMORPG and online gaming community.
Fluent in English
Accepting foreign candidates working in Vietnam timezone (Remote)
Preferred skills and experiences
Bachelor’s degree in Game Design, Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
