▼Position Summary
We are seeking a motivated and analytical Consultant to join our Vietnam office. The successful candidate will engage in consulting projects across both private and public sectors, contributing to Vietnam’s economic growth and policy innovation.
▼Key Responsibilities
Private Sector (Approx. 50%)
・Support Japanese and international companies with market entry and expansion strategies in Vietnam and Southeast Asia
・Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and feasibility studies
・Develop business models and partnership strategies
・Coordinate with clients, local stakeholders, and internal teams in both Japanese and English
Public Sector (Approx. 50%)
・Assist Vietnamese and Japanese government agencies in designing and evaluating public policies
・Conduct policy research and impact assessments in sectors such as energy, digital transformation, environment, and industrial development
・Prepare policy proposals and reports in collaboration with Japanese headquarters and local partners
▼Requirement
・Age：30-35 years
・Graduated with a bachelor’s or master’s degree
・Business level English (Upper Intermediate~Advanced level)
・3-5 years work experience in related field
└Government, Strategic Consulting, New business development etc.
▼Other
・Salary : Gross 2,000 USD (Negotiable)
・Probation : 2month (85% salary)
・Benefit : Transportation, Business trip allowance, Overtime allowance etc.
・Bonus：Tet bonus + Peformance Bonus(from 2nd year)
・Working time : 8:00-17:00 Mon-Fri ※Flex time
・Interview process : 1-2 time (Japanese Director /Vietnamese Admin MGR)
※Pre-interview Assignment (To be presented during the interview):
“Propose a policy or business idea that addresses a social issue in Vietnam.”
