Position: EC Chat Support – Team Leader Candidate(BPO)
Job Description
Provide Japanese-language customer support (mainly via chat, also some email) to users of Japanese e-commerce sites.
Participate in meetings with Japanese group companies and clients to report, consult, and coordinate alongside senior managers.
Conduct 1-on-1 support for team members.
Monitor and manage team KPIs and service quality. ・
Handle team attendance and conduct staff evaluation and performance reviews.
2. Position Details Role:
Team Leader Candidate Lead a team of 10–15 members
Depending on experience, may be assigned as sub-leader
Required Skills & Experience
JLPT N2 or higher
4+ years of experience in Japanese-language chat support
1+ year of experience as a team leader or supervisor
1+ year of experience communicating verbally in Japanese with Japanese clients
Strong understanding of hospitality in customer support
Preferred Qualifications
2+ years of full-time experience working in a Japanese company
4+ years of residency in Japan Hiring Numbers 1 person Working Schedule 5 days/week (Monday to Friday as standard) National holidays not observed
Weekend shifts may be required in the future (still 5 days/week)
Working Hours 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (1-hour break) Desired Start Date August 2025 or later
Contract Period 2-month probation + 12-month main contract Monthly
Salary
18,000,000 – 25,000,000 VND/month
Negotiable based on experience
85% salary during the 2-month probation Bonuses Paid twice a year (January and July)
No Tet Bonus Interview 1 time (Has 30-40 min test in same day)
