1. Lead Generation & Prospecting
• Identify and qualify new business opportunities in global markets (US, EU, SEA).
• Conduct outreach via email, LinkedIn, networking, and referrals.
• Build and maintain a high-quality sales pipeline.
2. Sales Process Ownership
• Conduct discovery calls to understand client pain points and project needs.
• Present services and value proposition to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Collaborate with presales and delivery to develop customized proposals.
• Lead contract negotiations and close deals.
3. Account Coordination & Handover
• Coordinate with Account Managers and delivery teams post-sale to ensure smooth
onboarding.
• Provide initial customer support to secure handover and maintain relationship continuity.
4. Performance Tracking & Reporting
• Track and manage sales activities, leads, and pipeline progress in CRM.
• Report KPIs and deal status regularly to the Sales Director.

1. Must-Have:
• 2–4 years of international B2B sales experience in IT outsourcing, custom software, or tech services.
• Proven ability to generate and convert leads in competitive markets.
• Excellent written and spoken English (IELTS 7.0+ or equivalent).
• Familiar with solution selling, stakeholder mapping, and closing mid-sized to large deals.
• Strong time management and self-leadership skills in a fast-paced environment.
2. Preferred:
• Experience selling into system integrators, startups, or software product companies.
• Familiarity with CRM tools and outbound sales tools (HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, etc.).
• Able to work across time zones and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
