JOB DESCRIPTION
• Lead the end-to-end delivery of AI projects for global clients while driving business growth through pre-sales, solution consulting, and technical proposal development. You will lead cross-functional AI teams including AI Engineers, ML Engineers, Data Engineers, and Solution Architects to deliver scalable, secure, and production-ready AI solutions.
• This role combines technical leadership, client engagement, solution architecture, and delivery management to ensure successful project execution and long-term customer success.
From Head of AI
• You will join our cross-functional AI team to design, build, and scale enterprise AI solutions powered by frontier LLMs, Computer Vision, NLP, AI Agents, and cloud-native technologies.
• Beyond project delivery, you will play a key role in collaborating with Sales and Business Development teams to understand customer challenges, shape AI solutions, prepare technical proposals, participate in bidding processes, and support pre-sales activities throughout the sales cycle.

REQUIREMENT
AI Delivery & Leadership
• Lead end-to-end delivery of AI projects across Generative AI, NLP, Computer Vision, AI Agents, and traditional ML.
• Own project planning, architecture, execution, risk management, and successful delivery.
• Manage AI Engineers, ML Engineers, Data Engineers, and Tech Leads across multiple projects.
• Define project scope, milestones, resource planning, KPIs, and delivery roadmap.
• Ensure AI solutions are scalable, secure, cost-efficient, and production-ready.
• Establish engineering best practices, code quality standards, MLOps workflows, and governance.
• Mentor and develop engineering teams through technical coaching and career development.
Pre-sales & Solution Consulting
• Work closely with Sales and Business Development teams during pre-sales activities.
• Engage directly with clients to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Design end-to-end AI solution architectures aligned with customer objectives.
• Lead technical discussions, workshops, discovery sessions, and solution presentations.
• Prepare Statements of Work (SOW), technical proposals, effort estimations, implementation plans, and project roadmaps.
• Recommend appropriate AI technologies, cloud services, and implementation strategies based on customer needs.
Bidding & Proposal Management
• Lead or support RFIs, RFPs, RFQs, and bidding activities.
• Prepare competitive technical proposals and solution documentation.
• Estimate project effort, delivery timelines, team composition, and project costs.
• Collaborate with delivery, finance, and sales teams to develop commercial proposals.
• Present proposed AI solutions to customers and participate in technical proposal defense sessions.
Client & Stakeholder Management
• Act as the primary technical advisor for enterprise AI customers.
• Build trusted relationships with stakeholders from engineering teams to executive leadership.
• Communicate project progress, technical risks, mitigation plans, and business value.
• Deliver technical demonstrations, Proof of Concepts (PoCs), and ROI presentations.
AI Strategy & Innovation
• Stay current with emerging AI technologies including LLMs, AI Agents, RAG, MCP, multimodal AI, and open-source models.
• Evaluate new AI frameworks and recommend suitable technologies for customer solutions.
• Contribute to internal AI accelerators, reusable frameworks, and best practices.
Minimum Qualifications
• 6+ years of experience in AI/ML software development, including Python and major AI
frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow, LangChain, LlamaIndex, etc.).
• At least 3 years of experience leading AI engineering teams or managing AI project delivery.
• Proven experience delivering enterprise AI projects in an IT outsourcing, system integration, or consulting environment.
• Hands-on experience with Generative AI, LLM fine-tuning, RAG, AI Agents, MLOps, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Strong experience in AI solution architecture and system design.
• Experience participating in customer bidding processes, RFP/RFQ responses, and technical proposal preparation.
• Proven experience in pre-sales, solution consulting, client workshops, and technical presentations.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Strong English communication skills with the ability to present to technical teams and executive stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience leading multi-million-dollar AI implementation projects.
• Knowledge of AI governance, responsible AI, GDPR, SOC 2, and AI security.
• Experience with multi-agent frameworks and enterprise AI platforms.
• Familiarity with Kubernetes, Docker, Terraform, CI/CD, and production MLOps.
• Experience with cost optimization for AI infrastructure and cloud services.
• PMP, AWS/Azure/GCP certifications are a plus.
