A. Job Description
① Accounting / Finance (approx. 70% of duties)
• Monthly payment processing (documentation, bank coordination)
• Report preparation for government agencies and internal management
– External: Cash Flow, Cost & Sale, Check Sheet reports
– Internal: Quarterly and semi-annual labor status and investment activity reports
• Project document preparation and management (contracts, invoices, estimates, completion reports, etc.)
• FS report management (project-by-project cost tracking)
• Quarterly VAT/PIT and monthly FCT tax filings
• International payments (royalties, reimbursements, etc.)
• Fee certificate preparation and approval for outsourced consultants
• Coordination with Japan HQ and Asia regional office (Thailand)
② General Affairs / HR Administration (approx. 20% of duties)
• Attendance tracking and payroll for all employees (Hanoi & HCM)
• Audit support (coordination with audit and accounting firms)
• Social insurance administration
• BaoViet health insurance and business travel life insurance management
• Office equipment procurement and management (PCs, phones, supplies, etc.)
• Liaison with government authorities
③ Recruitment Support (approx. 10% of duties)
• Recruitment support (job description creation, contract preparation)
• Preparation and management of offer letters, employment contracts and addenda
• HR system data updates (MBO results, salary changes, personal information)
• Support for foreign employees (work visa, WP, TRC, bank account opening)
B. Requirements
◆ Required
• Japanese: Business level (JLPT N2 or above)
• English: Business level (as this role spans support operations across BCon’s multiple overseas locations)
• Age: 30–40
• Bachelor’s degree or above (graduates of Japanese universities are prioritized)
• 5+ years of accounting / finance experience at a Japanese-affiliated company
◆ Preferred
• Managerial experience in Admin departments (General Affairs / Accounting)
• Work experience in Japan, or experience working under a Japanese manager
• Experience at companies dealing in non-physical/intangible products or services (consulting, recruitment, finance, IT, trading, etc.) → Prioritized for interview

C. Compensation & Benefits
• Location: Hanoi HQ or Ho Chi Minh City Branch (based on preference)
※ Hanoi HQ relocating to Lotte Center Hanoi 27F, late July – early August
• Working Hours: 8:30–17:30
• Days Off: 5 days/week (Saturday, Sunday & public holidays off)
• Employment: Full-time (Initial contract: 1 year)
• Probation: 2 months (100% salary during probation)
• Salary: Gross VND 27,000,000 – 40,000,000/month
※ Negotiable based on experience. Highly experienced candidates considered beyond
range.
