Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and identify the client’s business needs for AI data services, and establish commercial relationships. Prospect, qualify and manage inbound and outbound leads; build a strong, predictable sales funnel to achieve revenue targets and sales KPIs.
2. Run consultative sales cycles with clients, translating technical requirements into commercial proposal (LLM projects, data platform subscriptions, managed annotation engagements).
3. Partner with Solutions, Customer Success, Product and Legal to create replicable offer packs and pricing for local markets. Work closely with project team, to ensure smooth delivery.
4. Actively participate in industry events or exhibitions client workshops; gather marketintelligence and competitor activity.
What we’ re looking for–required
1. AI B2B sales experiences across APAC or located territory, sales leadership (managing teams and P&L responsibility) would be a big plus.
2. Proven track record selling complex AI data service or data solutions to large enterprises.
3. Strong APAC or located country network Experience closing multi-million dollar deals and structuring long-term commercial relationships.
4. Excellent business English; additional APAC languages a plus.
5. Willingness to travel across the region.
Nice to have
1. Direct experience selling data annotation, ML training data, or LLM customization services.
2. Exposure to procurement cycles at hyperscalers or large enterprises.

Working hours: 8AM – 5PM from Monday to Friday
