  1. Key Responsibilities

UA Strategy and Execution:

  • Own and execute comprehensive UA strategies across multiple products and channels (Meta, Google Ads, TikTok, Unity Ads, IronSource, AppLovin, DSPs, and others).
  • Manage large-scale acquisition budgets to achieve aggressive install and revenue goals.
  • Optimize campaign performance through in-depth analysis of KPIs (CPI, ROAS, activation rates, cohort metrics) at network, campaign, and geo levels.
  • Continuously assess and improve UA workflows, tools, and processes for greater efficiency and scalability.

Team Leadership and Collaboration:

  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of UA specialists (team size <10), ensuring high execution standards and consistent achievement of performance targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with strategic partners and ad networks.
  • Collaborate closely with Product, Monetization, Creative, and Data teams to align growth initiatives and maximize results.
  • Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and stay ahead of industry trends to identify new opportunities.
  1. Requirements Knowledge and Experience:
  • 3+ years of hands-on User Acquisition experience in mobile gaming or apps.
  • 1+ years of proven people management and team leadership experience.
  • Deep expertise in the mobile growth stack: MMPs, mediation platforms, analytics tools, SDKs, ad networks, and DSPs.
  • Bachelor’s or College degree in Marketing, Business, Information Technology, or a related field.

Skills:

  • Highly analytical with strong proficiency in UA data tools; able to derive actionable insights and drive decisions.
  • Self-driven, goal-oriented, and comfortable managing complex projects in a fast-moving environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for team leadership and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Proactive mindset with a passion for learning and adapting to new trends and technologies.

Preferred:

  • Experience with Agile methodologies and global market campaigns.
  1. Benefits:
  • Signing bonus equivalent to one month’s salary for successful candidates joining in late 2025.
  • Attractive salary range: 30,000,000 – 60,000,000 VND (negotiable based on experience).
