1. Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and dynamic General HR professional with a strong focus on EB. This role will primarily involve active candidate sourcing (headhunting), building and maintaining a strong talent pool, and supporting general HR administration tasks to help grow our team with top talent.
Location: Street 45, Ward 3, An Khanh Ward, District 2, Ho Chi Minh City.
Work time: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:30 PM, no OT
Experience Level: 2+ years
2. Key Responsibilities
Employer Branding
Research and develop Employer Branding strategies to enhance the company’s image as an ideal workplace.
Manage content across communication channels: Tiktok, LinkedIn, Facebook, company website, and Glassdoor to share employee stories, company culture, and internal activities.
Organize EB events and initiatives such as job fairs, webinars, video content, and employee testimonials.
Measure the effectiveness of Employer Branding through key metrics (e.g., volume of unsolicited applications, ratings on recruitment platforms, employee surveys).
Lead end-to-end recruitment process with primary emphasis on proactive sourcing and headhunting:
Actively hunt and approach passive candidates via LinkedIn, professional networks, industry groups, referrals, and other channels.
Build and maintain a robust talent pool/pipeline for current and future openings (especially for recurring or hard-to-fill roles).
Draft and post job advertisements on suitable platforms (VietnamWorks, TopCV, LinkedIn, ITviec, Facebook groups, company website, etc.).
Screen resumes, conduct initial phone/video screenings, and schedule interviews.
Coordinate with hiring managers to conduct interviews and evaluate candidates.
Track recruitment metrics and provide weekly updates on pipeline status.
Support onboarding for new hires (prepare paperwork, introduce company policies, culture orientation, etc.).
Assist with general HR administration tasks:
Maintain employee records, contracts, insurance, attendance, and leave management.
Update HR data in the HRM system (if applicable).
Support internal events, company culture activities, and teambuilding.

3. Requirements
Knowledge and Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or related fields.
At least 2 years of experience in HR/Recruitment/Talent Acquisition roles, with proven track record in active sourcing/headhunting.
Strong experience in candidate hunting (LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, networking) and building talent pipelines.
Familiarity with popular recruitment channels in Vietnam.
Excellent communication skills, proactive attitude, and ability to build relationships with candidates.
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
High sense of responsibility, attention to detail, and ability to handle confidential information.
Prior experience with HRM software (FastHR, Base, AMIS, etc.) or ATS tools is a plus.
