We are seeking skilled and detail-oriented HVAC Engineers to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the design, installation, operation, and maintenance of HVAC systems, ensuring they are energy-efficient, safe, and reliable.
This role involves working closely with clients, contractors, and internal teams to provide solutions that meet all operational, environmental, and regulatory standards.
▼Responsibility
• Taking responsibility for all project aspects, reporting to the president of the company.
• Provide information to the appropriate Project Manager as required to support the preparation of White Papers and/or ACT requests for project funding.
• Coordinate the efforts of installation technicians and mechanics engaged in HVAC system installation and modification to ensure a cost-effective and timely completion.
• Design of mechanical building services from initial concept through to detailed design.
• Services design heating, ventilation, cooling, pipework systems, and plant areas.
• Producing HVAC LTPRs for several buildings.
• Production of design documentation.
• Technical support to both the project team and clients.
• Support senior managers running the commercial and contractual side of projects.
• Attending and conducting client meetings to clearly understand job/owner
requirements and expectations. Includes, project review meetings, construction meetings, and project closeout meetings
▼Requirements
【Must】
• Male, around 35-45 years old (Able to accept CV even overage)
• English : Intermediate~Upper intermediate
• Education for HVAC Engineer or master’s degree HVAC education.
• Minimum 10 years’ experience as an HVAC Engineer or in a similar role, with a strong understanding of HVAC system design and operation, especially in industrial projects.
• Ability to design and plan HVAC Zoning and system design based on URS and architecture room layout
• List any licenses or certifications required by the position: CFC, HVAC, EPA, LEED, EIT, PMP, AP, USGBC.
• GMP knowledge and familiarity with energy-efficient systems is a plus.
• Having a Profession Practicing Class I Certificate is compulsory
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail, ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

• Salary : Gross 1200 – 2000 USD /month (Negotiable up to candidate’s skill)
• Probation : 2month (85% salary)
• Working hour 8:00-17:00 Mon-Fri
