WHAT WILL YOU DO?
– Acting as a bridge engineer between Japanese clients and the development team in Vietnam for enterprise domain software development projects for major Japanese clients.
– Participating in requirements hearings and advising clients on suitable solutions.
– Participating in business requirements analysis (BA/Requirement Analysis), clarifying requirements with clients and communicating details to the technical team.
– Developing requirements documents, basic design documents (基本設計), and detailed design documents (詳細設計) as needed.
– Reviewing output from the development team and providing feedback to clients.
– Participating in regular meetings with clients, presenting results, proposing solutions, and assisting in resolving arising issues.
– Supporting internal training to promote the development of young bridge engineers.
– Other tasks within the scope of work as required by management.
WHAT DO YOU NEED?
– Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Electronics & Telecommunications, or other IT-related majors from universities, colleges, or programming training centers.
– 3 years of experience as a BrSE or equivalent position in a Japanese outsourcing project.
– Good Japanese communication skills: N2 or higher (N1 preferred).
– Firm knowledge of software development processes.
– Experience in DEV/BrSE with projects using .NET / C#, SQL server (maintenance or new development).
– Ability to read/understand technical documents and clearly communicate issues to both sides.
– Can support design review, source code, and ensure the quality of deliverables.
– Experience with business systems (ERP, accounting, sales, logistics, inventory …).
– Ability to analyze and solve problems, propose optimal solutions …
