POSITION OVERVIEW
Looking for Developers/BrSEs to participate in the development and operation of a large-scale Data Warehouse system that processes and aggregates financial reporting data for Japanese clients.
This is a full-cycle position, working directly with customers, offering the opportunity to enhance your capability in analyzing large-scale systems, data-oriented thinking, and Japanese communication skills in a professional environment.
WHAT WILL YOU DO?
Participate in understanding, maintaining, and developing a large-scale Data Warehouse system.
Analyze requirements, design solutions, program, test (UT/IT/ST), support UAT, and operate the system.
Handle and optimize complex data processing for financial reports.
Investigate, analyze, and resolve issues arising related to data and business operations.
Write analysis and incident investigation documents in a clear, logical manner.
Communicate and meet directly with Japanese customers in Japanese.
Explain and support end users on issues related to the system.
WHAT DO YOU NEED TO HAVE?
*Experience & technical skills
At least 2–3 years of experience in software system development.
Preference for experience with Data Warehouse projects or large-scale data processing systems.
Solid knowledge of relational databases and experience with Oracle Database.
Good reading comprehension and programming skills in PL/SQL.
Experience working in a Linux environment.
Ability to quickly research and grasp large systems by studying existing source code.
*Foreign language & soft skills
Japanese equivalent to N3/N2 or higher (good communication required). Able to read, understand, and write documents in Japanese.
Good problem analysis skills, logical thinking, and effective problem-solving.
Ability to write investigation and solution documents clearly and easy to understand.
Proactive, responsible, and able to work independently
