Balance sales growth with profitability objectives.

Establish and standardize sales management processes.
Monitor daily sales performance and execution.
Manage distributor PSI (Purchase, Sales, Inventory).
Analyze sell-out data and market performance.
Improve forecasting accuracy and business planning.
Track new outlet performance and implement corrective actions when necessary.
Build, lead, and develop a high-performing sales organization.
Recruit, coach, and mentor future leaders.
Establish effective sales management systems and KPIs.
Develop strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and strategic partners.
Build networks not only with buyers but also with decision-makers throughout partner organizations.
Minimum 10 years of B2B/FMCG sales experience.
At least 5 years of people management experience.
Business-level English proficiency.
Strong leadership and strategic planning capabilities.
Experience driving sales growth through distribution networks and key accounts.
Experience within FMCG companies.
Experience with hygiene, baby care, personal care, or household products.

Previous experience as Sales Director, Commercial Director, General Manager, or equivalent leadership role.
Knowledge of E-commerce, Brand Marketing, and Logistics.
Japanese language ability is a plus.
Salary Range: USD 6,000 – 8,000 Gross per Month
Annual Package: USD 78,000 – 104,000 Gross per Year
