Responsibilities
Senior Business Analyst (Digital Business – Health Insurance)
Domain: Health Insurance
Job purpose
o The job holder will analyze and identify business problems and issues through internal and external data sources and provide insights to key stakeholders and decision makers.
o The job holder will work closely with development team to manage development progress, perform UAT testing & provide reports as required.
Key Accountabilities
o Understand digital insurance business processes to translate business needs and requirements into business documents, process diagrams, user stories, and wireframes to support product and system development.
o Analyze, create, and validate end-to-end health insurance processes and detail functional specifications for digital applications.
o Propose modifications and improvements to existing business processes and digital workflows to enhance operational efficiency and customer experience.
o Participate in user acceptance testing (UAT) and develop business documentation, user guides, and operational manuals.
o Collect and analyze market trends, customer behavior, and internal operational data related to health insurance and digital channels to provide business insights and improvement recommendations.
o Handle other tasks upon request from management.
Key Relationships
o Manager: Head of Digital Business
o Internal stakeholders: Digital Business Team, IT, Product, Legal & Risk, relevant divisions and
subsidiaries
o External stakeholders: Vendors, Customers, other partners
Requirements
o Minimum 04 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in banking, insurance, fintech, or digital product environments.
o Minimum 02 years of experience in Health Insurance, with good understanding of health insurance products, claims processes, and policy lifecycle.
o Good analytical & logical thinking
o Good English communication skills (TOEIC 700+)
o Experience working on multiple initiatives or projects concurrently in a fast-paced
o Experience in Agile Product Development with solid understanding of Agile principles and Scrum methodologies.
o Working onsite in Hanoi
