WHAT WILL YOU DO?
Participate in large-scale projects from our parent company and other companies within the Group in Japan; develop, deploy, and maintain AI-integrated Web/App software systems that support enterprise management and business operations.
Design, develop, and optimize features using Reactjs or Vuejs at the frontend.
Develop backend using Python or Java.
Research and deploy AI/LLM/GenAI solutions into products (Chatbot, AI Agent, RAG, Automation, AI Workflow…).
Participate in requirement analysis and system architecture design.
Optimize system performance, security, and scalability.
Perform effort estimation, assign tasks, conduct code reviews, and mentor junior team members.
Contribute to preparing technical proposals and solution recommendations for clients when required
Work directly with clients/partners (when necessary).
WHAT DO YOU NEED TO HAVE?
Graduated from university/college in Software Development, Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or IT-related fields.
Experience: At least 5 years of experience, with system design experience.
Technical skills:
+ Experience working with ReactJS or VueJS.
+ Proficient in backend development using Python (FastAPI, Django, Flask…), .Net, or Java (Spring Boot…).
+ Experience in designing and using RESTful APIs.
+ Experience working with databases (MySQL/PostgreSQL/MongoDB…).
+ Experience with Cloud services (AWS, GCP, Azure) or Microservices.
+ Good knowledge of Git, CI/CD, Docker.
AI/GenAI skills:
+ Experience researching, developing, or integrating AI/GenAI solutions such as LLMs, Chatbots, RAG, Prompt Engineering, AI Agents, and Workflow Automation.
+ Knowledge of Vector Databases (e.g., Pinecone, Weaviate, FAISS) is a plus.
+ Candidates with knowledge or experience in Machine Learning and Deep Learning are highly preferred.
Soft skills:
+ Good logical thinking and problem-solving skills.
+ Proactive, highly responsible spirit.
+ Good teamwork and communication skills.
+ Ability to read and understand English documents.
+ Preference given to candidates who know Japanese (N3 or higher) or basic conversational English.
+ Preference for experience working with Japanese clients.
