They are currently seeking a talented and proactive IT Sales Executive to join their team in either Hanoi (Vietnam) or Tokyo (Japan). As an IT Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving business development and sales activities, particularly in the Japanese market. Key duties include:
Identifying and sourcing potential customers in Japan.
Achieving assigned sales targets and KPIs.
Acting as a liaison between clients and the internal project team.
Managing bidding processes, negotiating terms, and closing contracts.
Supporting clients throughout the implementation phase of the project.
Overseeing contract lifecycle management.
Receiving ongoing training in IT knowledge to support solution selling.
We’re looking for someone who brings a strong sales track record and cross-cultural understanding:
Minimum 2 years of experience in B2B Sales (preferably in IT or Tech services).
Fluency in Japanese (mandatory).
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
Proven experience in negotiation and problem-solving.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration or related fields.
Strong interest or knowledge in IT products and services.
Professional, friendly, and self-driven personality.
Working knowledge of Office software and general computing.
Ability to consistently meet sales targets and contribute to revenue growth.
Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM
