What we’re looking for

• We are looking for a strategic and data-driven CRM Lead who can build and scale our customer relationship management capabilities. The ideal candidate has strong experience in lifecycle marketing, understands player behavior deeply, and can lead CRM initiatives that improve retention, engagement, and monetization. You should be both hands-on and capable of leading a team and shaping CRM strategies from the ground up.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Own and drive CRM strategy to improve retention, engagement, and player LTV.

• Design and optimize lifecycle journeys (onboarding, activation, retention, reactivation).

• Manage CRM channels: push notifications, in-app messages, email, and other engagement tools.

• Build player segmentation and personalization strategies based on behavior and data insights.

• Analyze performance metrics (retention, churn, ARPU, LTV) and continuously optimize campaigns.

• Lead A/B testing initiatives across messaging, timing, targeting, and content.

• Collaborate with Product, UA, Live Ops, and Data teams to align on growth initiatives.

• Build and scale CRM systems, tools, and automation workflows.

• Lead, mentor, and develop CRM team members.

Minimum Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in CRM, lifecycle marketing, or retention marketing.

• Strong experience in mobile apps or gaming is highly preferred.

• Deep understanding of player lifecycle, segmentation, and personalization strategies.

• Hands-on experience with CRM tools (Firebase or similar).

• Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret data and drive decisions.

• Experience leading or mentoring a team.

• Ownership mindset with strong business and growth orientation.
