Key Responsibilities

The Associate Sales position is primarily responsible for delivering high-quality programs tailored to each client’s needs, including training and development, management strategy, business improvement, and other customized programs.

Based on client requirements obtained by the sales team, the Associate Sales will collaborate with sales representatives and consultants to carry out the work.

Main responsibilities include:

  • Supporting client meetings conducted by the sales team and providing interpretation

  • Preparing and translating training materials and other documents for each program

  • Attending and delivering programs on-site

  • Supporting inside sales (follow-up with existing clients)

  • Other related tasks

Requirements

Mandatory Qualifications

  • Language: Business-level Japanese (equivalent to JLPT N1 level)

  • Age: 25–39 years old (candidates over 40 may be considered depending on qualifications)

  • Gender: Not specified

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher (graduates from Japanese universities preferred)

  • At least 2-3 years of experience in sales or administrative roles at a Japanese company

Preferred Qualifications

  • Work or internship experience in Japan

  • Experience working under a Japanese manager

  • Corporate sales experience in intangible services (e.g., consulting, HR, finance, IT, trading companies)

  • Experience in solution-based sales tailored to client needs

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Strong logical thinking ability

  • Motivated to work in a performance-based evaluation environment (merit-based, not seniority-based)

  • Proactive and willing to engage in new business development

  • Strong interest in the HR consulting industry and aspiration to become a consultant

  • Able to clearly articulate career goals and reasons for wanting to join.

Compensation & Benefits

Salary

  • Gross monthly salary: 20,000,000 – 25,000,000 VND (negotiable)

Bonuses & Incentives

  • Quarterly performance bonus (4 times per year, performance-based)

  • Probation period: 2 months (100% salary during probation)

  • Work Location: 9 Dinh Tien Hoang Street, Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam
