Job Description

1. HR Strategy & People Management

• Develop and implement HR activities aligned with the company’s goals and direction.

• Act as an HR business partner to Senior Management and Department Heads in workforce planning and organizational development.

• Advise on organizational structure, change management, employee engagement, and talent retention.

2. Talent Acquisition & Workforce Development

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for IT and non-IT positions.

• Build talent pipelines, support employer branding initiatives, and enhance candidate experience.

• Guide the recruitment team on sourcing strategies and interview standards.

3. Employee Relations & Compliance

• Ensure full compliance with Vietnamese labor laws and internal regulations.

• Handle employee relations issues, including disciplinary actions, complaints, and disputes.

• Manage and update HR policies, procedures, and personnel records.

4. Compensation, Benefits & HR Systems

• Oversee compensation, benefits, payroll coordination, and HR data management.

• Analyze HR metrics and provide recommendations to improve HR effectiveness.

5. Performance Management & Talent Development

• Implement and manage the performance management system (KPIs/OKRs).

• Coordinate performance reviews, training, and employee development initiatives.

6. Culture & Employee Engagement

• Drive employee engagement, internal communication, and company culture initiatives.

• Support the organization of internal events and employee activities.

Requirements

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

• At least 5 years of experience as an HR Manager in an IT/IT Services environment.

• Strong knowledge of Vietnamese labor law, C&B, employee relations, and performance management.

• Good understanding of the IT talent market.

• Strong leadership and communication skills.

• Fluent in English (written and spoken).

• Japanese or Chinese language proficiency is a plus.
