Job Description
1. New Product Launch:
Assisting with the creation of process charts, tool lists, and work instructions;
Jig design and fabrication;
Program creation (CAD/CAM);
Machine setup and operation.
2. Production Improvement for Repeat Orders:
Reviewing production processes and proposing improvements;
Tool review, machine setup, and operation.
Requirements
◆ Required Qualifications
3+ years of experience machining metal parts, either through milling or lathe work.
Ability to read technical drawings, including those used in CAD/CAM work.
◆ Preferred Qualifications
Experience using 3D CAD software such as SolidWorks (other CAD software also acceptable; CAM skills can be learned on the job).
Hands-on experience in precision machining, particularly cutting, grinding, or wire EDM processing of metal parts for measuring instruments, printing equipment, semiconductor manufacturing equipment, medical devices, aerospace, or industrial machinery.

No specific educational background required.
Someone who is proactive about learning new techniques and improving processes.
No Japanese or English language proficiency required.
Someone with the ambition to learn Japanese technical expertise and pursue a future management role.
Benefits
Work Location: Long Binh (Amata) Industrial Park, Long Binh Ward, Dong Nai Province, Vietnam
Working Hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (every other Saturday).
Holidays: Saturdays (alternate weeks), Sundays, and public holidays.
Annual Paid Leave: In accordance with Vietnamese labor law.
Employment Type: Full-time employee (1-year employment contract after the probation period).
Probation Period: 2 months (salary during probation is 85% of base salary).
Salary: 15,000,000 – 20,000,000 VND (gross/month).
Salary Review: Once a year (January), based on company and individual performance.
Bonus: Paid based on company and individual performance (5-year average: 2.2 months’ salary).
Social Insurance: Social insurance, health insurance, and occupational accident insurance provided upon formal employment after the probation period.
Other Allowances: Details will be shared through discussion and the official offer letter once an offer is extended.
