JOB DESCRIPTION
● Manage full development cycle of the game project, ensuring delivery on time, within scope, quality standards, and business objectives;
● Develop comprehensive project plans (scope, timeline, milestones, resources, budget) and oversee execution across cross-functional teams including Game Design, Art, Development, QA, Marketing, and Customer Support;
● Coordinate and align workflows across departments, ensuring clear communication, timely issue resolution, and effective risk management;
● Monitor and analyze personnel performance metrics (KPI, efficiency, cycle time median, reopen rate, etc.) and propose data-driven improvements to optimize team performance;
● Manage and optimize project workflows using tools such as Jira (or equivalent), ensuring accurate tracking and transparent reporting;
● Collaborate closely with Product Owner to identify hidden risks in the pipeline and find solutions;
● Allocate human resources effectively to maximize results;
● Provide regular reports to manager on project progress, performance metrics, and strategic recommendations;
● Support team development when required, including performance evaluation, mentoring, and capability enhancement.
QUALIFICATIONS
● Proficiency in English with 4 skills;
● At least 2 years of experience as a Project Manager;
● Strong understanding of game development and live operations processes, including both technical and non-technical aspects;
● Proven experience in planning and executing in-game events and operational campaigns;
● Solid project management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively;
● Strong analytical mindset with experience tracking and interpreting game performance metrics;
● Ability to work under pressure, proactively solve problems, and manage risks efficiently;
● Passion for gaming, with a product-oriented mindset and strong focus on player experience.
