- Job Description
As a Game Designer, you will work on game projects for the international market on IOS/Android platforms.
- Conduct market research on games and propose suitable game types for the company.
- Explore and research to develop new ideas, then analyze and defend your concepts.
- Transform ideas into products through Game Design Documents (GDD), ensuring the product adheres to the original design and player experience.
- Evaluate and refine in-game user experience, and design new features for both ongoing and upcoming game projects.
- Design features to increase revenue and key performance metrics of the game.
- Analyze game metrics, provide feedback, and plan appropriate changes to improve game performance.
- Assess and analyze strengths and weaknesses, communicate and share insights on different games.
- Job Requirements
- Passionate about playing and experiencing various game genres, with strong understanding of the game market and industry trends.
- Able to understand, analyze, and predict player preferences and behaviors in the mobile gaming sector.
- Capable of collaborating and coordinating effectively with team members.
- Strong skills in collecting, analyzing, and evaluating data efficiently.
- Creative mindset, continuously seeking innovation and improvement.
- Basic proficiency in using Unity.
- Good communication skills, able to work effectively both in teams and independently.

Salary is negotiable based on your capabilities and experience. (25M – Upto 30M)
