- Position Objective
As a Senior Game Designer, you will play a pivotal role in leading the evolution of our product portfolio from Hypercasual to Hybrid-Casual models. Your mission is to deepen gameplay experiences, enhance core loops, and implement sophisticated progression systems that drive long-term retention and sustainable monetization.
- Key Responsibilities
- Market & Data Analysis: Proactively research mobile gaming trends and leverage player behavior data to suggest high-impact improvements for game quality.
- Feature Design: Brainstorm and propose end-to-end design solutions for retention, engagement, monetization, live events, and social features.
- Technical Documentation: Transform high-level concepts into comprehensive design specifications, ensuring every technical and creative detail is addressed.
- Prototyping & Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams (Art, Engineering, Product) to prototype and iterate on features from conception to launch.
- Economy Management: Design, balance, and maintain healthy game economies integrated with smart monetization strategies.
- Validation: Conduct user testing and interviews, analyze post-launch data, and document findings to optimize future development cycles.
- Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum 3 years of professional experience as a Game Designer (or an equivalent impressive portfolio).
- Expertise: Deep understanding of game design principles, including player motivation, core loop mechanics, economy balancing, and hybrid monetization models.
- Industry Knowledge: A passion for mobile games and a strong interest in the Music/Rhythm game genre.
- Analytical Skills: Ability to deconstruct successful games, identify strengths/weaknesses, and make data-driven decisions.
- Communication: Strong ability to pitch complex concepts clearly through written documents, visual aids, and verbal presentations.
- Technical Tools: Proficiency with UI/Wireframing tools (Figma, Adobe XD) and data management software (Excel, Google Sheets).
- Language: Professional fluency in English (written and verbal).

- An outline of all previous games/products you have contributed to.
- Specific details regarding your direct contributions (e.g., systems design, level design, economy balancing).
