  1. JOB DESCRIPTIONS
  • Manage all sales, rental, marketing, and customer support activities related to the Taiwanese/Chinese market.
  • Introduce, promote, and sell the company’s housing products to Taiwanese/Chinese customers.
  • Handle all tasks related to the Taiwanese School, including coordination and support.
  • Identify, approach, develop, and expand the customer base in the China and Taiwan markets.
  • Obtain sponsorships for company events and for the KFS School.
  • Manage commercial leasing for Taiwanese and Chinese tenants.
  • Provide professional customer service and after-sales support.
  • Perform other tasks as assigned by Manager.
  • Working hour: 08:00 – 17:00 (Mon – Fri)
  1. REQUIREMENT
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher.
  • At least 3 years of experience in real estate sales, leasing, or a related field.
  • Strong networking, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently while coordinating with cross-functional teams.
  • Customer-oriented mindset with high responsibility and adaptability.
  • Taiwanese nationality.
  • Good English communication skills.
  • Basic MS Office skills.
