- KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Advertising and Campaign Management
- Plan and execute multi-channel digital advertising campaigns, including Display, Social Media, and Video ads.
- Monitor, analyze, and optimize campaign performance to maximize ROI and achieve KPIs.
- Manage advertising budgets effectively, ensuring all campaigns are delivered within financial parameters.
Analytics and Reporting
- Utilize advanced analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Adjust, AppsFlyer) to track and report on campaign performance.
- Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations for senior management, highlighting key metrics and actionable insights.
- Provide data-driven recommendations to continuously refine digital marketing strategies.
Digital Marketing Strategy
- Develop and implement holistic digital marketing strategies to enhance online presence and support core business objectives.
- Stay ahead of industry trends and emerging technologies to maintain a competitive edge.
Content Creation and Management
- Curate and manage high-quality content across all digital platforms (websites, blogs, social media, and email).
- Ensure brand consistency in voice, tone, and visual identity across all marketing collateral.
- Partner with the design team to produce visually compelling assets.
SEO and SEM Optimization
- Optimize website and store content to improve organic search rankings (SEO/ASO).
- Conduct keyword research and implement industry best practices.
- Manage and scale Pay-Per-Click (PPC) campaigns on Google Ads, Meta, and TikTok.
Collaboration and Coordination
- Work closely with the marketing team to ensure synergy across integrated campaigns.
- Coordinate with internal technical teams and external vendors to execute marketing initiatives.
- Align marketing strategies with sales objectives to drive overall business growth.
- JOB REQUIREMENTS
Knowledge & Experience
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, or a related field.
- Experience: 1–2 years of hands-on experience in Digital Marketing, Performance Marketing, or User Acquisition.
- Domain: Solid understanding of digital marketing fundamentals, paid advertising, and user conversion funnels.
- Experience or a strong interest in the Mobile Apps/Mobile Games industry is a significant advantage.
Technical Skills
- Analytical Mindset: Proficiency in data interpretation and performance optimization.
- Tools: Expert use of Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, and Google Analytics.
- Software: Proficient in Google Sheets/Excel and Canva; familiarity with reporting dashboards (Tableau/Looker Studio) is a plus.
- Language: High proficiency in English (Reading, Writing, Speaking, and Listening).
