- JOB SUMMARY
We are looking for 25 Content Moderators to join our international team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring a safe and positive online environment by reviewing and moderating user-generated content based on specific community guidelines. No prior experience is required, as comprehensive training will be provided.
- KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Monitor, review, and moderate user-generated content (text, images, videos) to ensure compliance with platform policies.
- Identify and remove inappropriate, harmful, or policy-violating content.
- Maintain high accuracy and productivity standards in a fast-paced environment.
- Stay updated on community guidelines and moderation procedures.
- JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Experience: No previous experience required; freshers are welcome to apply. (Candidates with BPO or Content Moderation experience are also encouraged).
- Skills: Ability to pass the required entrance tests (English, Resilience, and CMAT).
4. WORKING HOURS & CONDITION
- Schedule: 5 days per week.
- Shift Type: Rotational shifts (including night shifts).
- Environment: International, professional, and fun working environment.
- Equipment: Laptop/Computer and all necessary working equipment are provided.

5. SALARY & COMPENSATION
- Salary: 7M-9M
- Allowances:
- Night Shift Allowance: Additional 30% of salary.
- Training Allowance: 22,500 VND/hour during the first 4 weeks of training.
