[TDC00453] Technical Leader (HN/Hybrid)

1. Key Responsibilities

• Define and drive the technical roadmap aligned with business goals.
• Lead architectural design for high-traffic systems (1M+ daily visits).
• Review code, set engineering best practices, and ensure system reliability, security, and scalability.
• Solve complex technical challenges in backend, frontend, cloud infrastructure, and integrations.
• Collaborate with Product Owner to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Stay updated with modern technologies and introduce tools/frameworks that increase team efficiency.
• Mentor, coach, and inspire a team of software engineers and testers.
• Foster a collaborative and high-performance engineering culture.
• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders (Product, Operations, Business) to align priorities and manage expectations.
• Oversee project delivery: set timelines, manage risks, and ensure smooth execution.
• Communicate technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders and leadership.

2. Requirements

Must-Have Technical Skills

• 6+ years of software engineering experience, with at least 2+ years in a lead/architect role.
• Strong expertise in backend development, web technologies, and databases.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) and scalable architectures.
• Solid understanding of system design, microservices/monolith, and high-performance web applications.
• Proven track record in building and maintaining large-scale platforms (preferably high-traffic systems).

4. Location, working hours:

• Location: Truong Chinh Street, Phuong Mai Ward, Dong DaDistrict, Hanoi
• Working hours: from 8:30 AM to 6:00 PM(with a1.5-hour lunch break) from Monday to Friday, and 2 Saturdays off per month
