Manage and supervise construction activities of high-rise and low-rise residential projects, and manage technical operations for office buildings, ensuring progress, quality, budget, and operational efficiency in accordance with the company’s plans and standards.

Supervise construction quality to ensure compliance with technical standards
Manage construction progress to meet project timelines
Control project costs and budgets effectively
Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations
Resolve construction-related issues promptly
Coordinate with design, legal, and sales teams to achieve project goals
▼Requirements
Must
Age : 30-42
Bachelor’s degree in the Construction, Project Management, or related fields
Business-level English
Minimum 5 years of experience as a Project Manager or Construction Manager in high-rise and low-rise residential projects
In-depth knowledge of construction methods, standards, and regulatory
requirements for high-rise and low-rise residential projects.
Strong project management and problem-solving skills
Proficient in project management software (e.g., AutoCAD, MS Project)
Excellent communication, negotiation, and teamwork skills

Salary : Gross 40– 50 mil VND / month (Negotiable)
Probation : 2month (85% salary)
Full 2-day weekends (Sat, Sun, public holidays off)
Full-time employment (initial contract: 1 year)
Allowances & Benefits : Benefit: year-end bonus, paid leaves, work from home policy, healthcare, others.
Working hours: Full-time 8:00 – 17:00, Monday – Friday
