[TDC00367] Senior Unity Developer

1. Responsibilities

Develop and refine high-quality 2D/3D gameplay features for puzzle and hybrid-casual titles.
Collaborate with Game Designers to prototype quickly and iterate on core mechanics.

Design modular, scalable, and maintainable systems that support long-term production.
Contribute to a clean, consistent codebase and help define engineering best practices.

Build internal tools and automated workflows that improve productivity and reduce manual tasks.
Support and enhance validation processes to ensure smoother development and higher build quality.
Implement solutions that help increase testability and reduce regression risks.

Integrate third-party services (analytics, ads, tracking, etc.).
Support build/deployment workflows and maintain a smooth development environment.

Mentor mid-level/junior developers to level up the engineering team.
Work cross-functionally with PMs, Game Designers, and Artists to identify optimal technical solutions.

AI & Data-Enhanced Development

Collaborate with Data and AI teams to integrate data-informed features that improve player experience and game performance.
Work with internal tools that leverage AI to accelerate content creation, testing, or gameplay analysis.
Contribute to building a development workflow that increasingly benefits from automation and smart tooling.

6+ years of Unity experience in mobile game development.
Strong command of C#, design patterns, and system architecture.
Solid experience with 3D gameplay, physics, and performance optimization.
Good understanding of the mobile game production lifecycle and development workflows.

Experience with automated workflows, validation processes, or build automation.
Experience building internal tools or editor tooling.
Familiarity with data-driven development and fast prototyping cycles.
Prior experience owning technical modules or guiding small engineering groups.
