▼Responsibility
Oversee accounting for hospitals, clinics, and medical equipment investment projects
Manage healthcare service revenue and equipment investment revenue
Cash flow and CAPEX management across multiple projects
Cost analysis, profitability evaluation, and ROI reporting
Prepare investment plans, financial models, budgets vs. actuals
Prepare reports for Japan HQ and investors (JP/EN)
Analyze healthcare KPIs (patient volume, OR utilization, margins, etc.)
Handle VAT, CIT, PIT, FCT and industry-specific tax matters
Confirm medical service tax rules/exemptions
Review accounting/tax for imported medical equipment
Work with tax authorities, auditors, and insurance agencies
Implement internal controls for medical supplies, equipment, and service revenue
Manage contracts, payments, and procurement
Oversee data protection (patient info) and compliance with medical regulations
Lead and develop the accounting team
Coordinate with project and clinic accounting staff
Collaborate with management, medical teams, and technical teams
▼Requirements
Must
・Education: Bachelor or Master’s Degree
・Japanese language proficiency: JLPT N2 or higher (required)
・5–7 years in accounting & 2+ years in management
・Experience with tax filing, audits, and cash flow management
・Chief Accountant Certificate
Want
・Understanding of healthcare revenue & cost structure (preferred)
・Preferably experience in medical investment, hospital operations, or medical device companies
・ACCA/CPA preferred
・Advanced Excel (financial models, ROI analysis)
・Familiarity with MISA, SAP, Oracle

・Salary : Gross 1,500 USD – 2,000 USD ※Can be negotiable up to experience
・Probation : 2month (85% salary)
・Working Hour:9:00-18:00
・Full 2-day weekends (Sat, Sun, public holidays off)
