JOB DUTIES
●Lead the full delivery lifecycle of enterprise software projects in the corporate finance domain.
●Collaborate closely with internal teams (Development, QA, DevOps) and client-side stakeholders to ensure successful project outcomes.
●Understand client business needs and translate them into clear delivery plans and actionable technical directions.
●Ensure project execution aligns with agreed timelines, scope, and quality standards.
●Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders across complex organizational structures.
●Proactively identify and resolve issues, manage risks, and keep all parties
informed of project status.
●Apply Agile or hybrid delivery approaches based on the specific context of each client and project.
●Contribute to solution design discussions with a solid understanding of finance processes and system behavior.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
●Bachelor’s degree in Information T echnology, Business, or a related discipline.
●Minimum 7 years of experience in software delivery, including at least 3 years in a Delivery Manager or Project Manager role.
●Strong exposure to enterprise finance systems such as ERP , budgeting platforms, or financial reporting tools.
●Solid working knowledge of business analysis practices, including requirement gathering, process modeling, and gap analysis.
●Proven ability to lead cross-functional delivery teams and collaborate with client-side finance and IT stakeholders.
●Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
●Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies or hybrid delivery frameworks.
●Experience working with finance transformation or digital finance initiatives.
●Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Confluence, MS Project, or similar.
●Certifications like PMP , PMI-ACP , or CSM are an advantage.
