Education
- Master’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Experience
- Minimum 7 years in a senior HR leadership role in a large organization.
- Extensive experience in HR management, strategic planning, talent management, and organizational development.

- English: Business level.
- Strong leadership and proven team management experience.
- Strategic thinking to align HR with business goals.
- Excellent communication skills for stakeholder engagement.
- Advanced problem-solving, negotiation, and decision-making skills.
- Proficiency in HR systems and software.
- Strong analytical ability to interpret HR metrics.
- Expertise in change management and conflict resolution.
Preferred Qualifications
- Work experience in Japan or under a Japanese manager.

- Salary: Gross 60,000,000～80,000,000 VND (Negotiable).
- Probation: 2 months (85% salary).
- Working time: Full 2-day weekends (Sat, Sun, public holidays off).
