- Key Responsibilities
- Stakeholder Management: Work closely with internal teams (Technical & Operations), client technical teams, executives, and partners to deliver solutions during implementation.
- Technical Leadership: Lead high-level architecture discussions and design inputs to build client trust through deep technical expertise.
- Infrastructure Management: Implement and manage Azure infrastructure to handle large-scale traffic, ensuring scalability, reliability, and performance.
- Cloud Optimization: Conduct regular resource and cost reviews, providing actionable recommendations for efficiency and cost-saving.
- Security & Compliance: Define and implement robust security strategies for infrastructure, applications, and data following industry best practices.
- Deployment Support: Assist development teams with web-based environment deployments via infrastructure automation.
- System Integration: Provide technical support to ensure smooth integration of Azure solutions into existing operations.
- Mentorship: Mentor team members and foster a culture of continuous improvement and knowledge sharing.
- Requirements
- Cloud & OS: Hands-on experience with Azure (Mandatory), Linux-based OS, Windows Server, VMs, and Cloud-native platforms.
- Architecture: Expertise in Microservices, Container technologies (Kubernetes, Docker), and API models (Swagger, OpenAPI).
- CI/CD Pipeline: Proficiency with tools such as GitLab CI, Jenkins, ArgoCD, Azure DevOps, or AWS CodeCommit.
- IaC & Automation: Strong experience with Terraform, Ansible, and Helm charts.
- Quality & Security: Familiarity with code quality tools (Sonar, Snyk) and web security mechanisms.
- Networking: Expertise in scalable networking (Load Balancers, Firewalls) and REST APIs.
- Performance Tuning: Ability to fine-tune infrastructure and analyze benchmarking/stress test results for optimization.
Soft Skills & Qualifications
- Client-Facing: Proven experience proposing and presenting technical solutions to stakeholders.
- Communication: Strong teamwork skills with fluent English proficiency (verbal and written).
- Problem Solving: Ability to define and adapt security strategies to meet specific project needs.
