■ Requirements

• Vietnamese nationality with strong Japanese proficiency (JLPT N1 or equivalent)
• At least 3 years of development experience
• Solid understanding of the full software development lifecycle (design, development, testing, release)
• Basic knowledge of the Japanese software industry and business culture

■ Preferred Qualifications

• Experience as a BSE in offshore development projects between Japan and Vietnam
• Hands-on experience in maintenance, specification changes, and review support
• Work experience in Japan or direct communication experience with Japanese clients

■ Job Description

• Act as a communication bridge between Japanese clients and the Vietnam development team
• Support development processes such as design, review, and testing for the local team

In particular, we are looking for candidates with work experience in Japan or experience in offshore development projects for Japanese clients.
