Survey and gather information on business process flows, customer behaviors, and habits when performing business tasks.
Analyze and synthesize the collected business information and document it as business requirements/documentation.
Provide business training to project members to ensure all members understand the customer’s business and process flows.
Develop product trial scenarios aligned with the business process flow.
Test the design to ensure it best meets users’ business requirements and usability.
Conduct product trials to ensure they meet business requirements and usability before handover to the customer.
Provide business training for sales staff, consultants, and product support personnel.

MBA graduate.
No Business Analyst experience required; training provided.
Proficient in English across all 4 skills: listening, speaking, reading, and writing.
Intelligent, logical thinker, proactive, with strong critical thinking.
Able to research, synthesize, analyze, and deliver valuable insights.
