[TDC00236] Frontend Leader

Job Description

• Lead and mentor a team of frontend developers, fostering collaboration and growth.
• Architect and develop scalable front-end applications using React, Angular, and Vue.js.
• Define and enforce coding standards, best practices, and design principles.
• Conduct code reviews to ensure quality, performance, and security.
• Work closely with product managers, backend teams, and designers to deliver seamless user experiences.
• Stay up-to-date with frontend technologies and introduce innovations where appropriate.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex frontend issues to ensure application stability.
• Oversee project timelines and deliverables.

Required Experiences and Skills

• Proven experience leading frontend teams in tech-driven environments.
• Deep expertise in React, Angular, Vue.js, and modern JavaScript.
• Strong understanding of HTML5, CSS3, state management libraries (Redux, Vuex, NgRx), and build tools (Webpack, Vite).
• Strong knowledge of Cocos Creator, Unity, optimization, and game architecture.
• Familiar with cross-browser compatibility, performance optimization, and responsive design.
• Experience with testing frameworks (Jest, Enzyme, Cypress) is a plus.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.

Working Time

• Working hours: Monday to Friday – Flexible working at the office, 8 hours/day.
