As full-scale manufacturing begins, there is a need to hire a Production Leader.
▼Responsibility
・Manage daily operations of the production line to achieve efficient performance in accordance with production schedules.
・Supervise, guide, and assign tasks to line operators to enhance overall team performance.
・Ensure compliance with quality standards and safety regulations, focusing on defect reduction and accident prevention.
・Monitor equipment and machinery conditions, and promptly respond to any abnormalities or breakdowns.
・Collect and analyze production data and manpower hours, implementing improvement initiatives and cost reduction measures.
・Report progress to upper management and coordinate with internal stakeholders and customers as needed.
▼Requirement
・Male (25-35)
・Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
・At least 3 years of experience in manufacturing, able to use production machinery
・Able to use Microsoft Office Software
・Able to communicate by English or Japanese (At least 1 language)
・Able to commute to the workplace independently (no company shuttle provided)

・Salary : 12 mil VND
・Probation : 2month (85% salary)
・Allowance：Food (VND40,000/time), Transportation (Calcurated Fuel Cost)
・Benefit : bonus (1month)
