Responsibility
Position Overview
We are looking for a CAD Operator to support our offshore engineering and design projects. The main responsibility is to create, modify, and manage technical drawings based on instructions from engineers and project managers in Japan. Accuracy, attention to detail, and good communication are essential.
Key Responsibilities
・Create 2D/3D CAD drawings according to project specifications.
・Revise and update drawings based on feedback from engineers or clients.
・Ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance with technical standards.
・Manage drawing files and maintain proper documentation.
・Communicate with the Japanese team (via email, online meetings, and project management tools) to clarify requirements.
・Support quality control by checking and reviewing drawings before submission.
Requirement
・Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SolidWorks, or similar).
・Ability to read and understand technical drawings.
・Good command of Japanese (At least reading)

・Salary ： Member level 14 – 18mil / Manager level 20-35 mil VND
・Probation : 2month (85% salary)
・Bonus : Fixed 1 month

Interview process : Online interview with Japanese Director in Japan
Working time : 8:00-17:00 Mon-Fri / Vietnamese & Japanese holiday
