Responsibility
· 1) Accounting / Finance
- Handle monthly payments (document preparation, coordination with main bank)
- Prepare reports for government agencies and internal management
- External: Cash flow, Cost & Sales reports, Check sheets
- Internal: Quarterly/semi-annual labor reports, investment evaluation reports
- Draft and manage project-related documents (contracts, invoices, quotations, completion reports, expense sheets)
- Monitor progress and prepare invoices and reports with sales team
- Communicate with clients (email/phone) regarding project documentation
- Organize and archive project documentation
- Prepare/manage FS reports (track receipts, expenses by project)
- Handle quarterly VAT & PIT tax filings, and monthly FCT filings
- Handle overseas payments (royalties, loans, reimbursements, etc.)
- Issue and approve commission certificates for contracted consultants2) General Affairs / Labor Management
- Attendance management & payroll for all BConVN staff (Hanoi & HCM)
- Support for audits (liaising with audit firms, accounting consultants)
- Social insurance procedures (enrollment, adjustment, increase/decrease in participants)
- Handle BaoViet health insurance and business trip life insurance for staff
- Arrange regular health check-ups
- Purchase/manage office equipment (PCs, mobile phones, stationery, etc.)
- Purchase/manage SIM cards
- Liaise with government officials as required
3) Human Resources
- Support recruitment activities (job postings, agency coordination, interview scheduling, result notifications)
- Prepare & manage documents (offer letters, probation contracts, employment contracts, annexes)
- Update HR system with performance results, salary changes, personal data
- Based on quarterly MBO results: calculate bonuses, prepare annexes, process insurance adjustments
- Handle foreign staff procedures (work visa, WP, TRC, bank account setup, etc.)
Requirements
・Language: Japanese business level (equivalent to JLPT N2 or higher)
・Age: 25–35 years old (with at least 3 years of full-time work experience)
・Gender: Preferably female (though male candidates are also welcome; currently most of our team are female)
・Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher (graduates from Japanese universities will be prioritized for interviews)
・Experience: At least 2 years in administrative departments such as general affairs, accounting, or HR
Preferred Qualifications
・Work experience in Japan or under Japanese managers
Other
・Salary : Gross 18,000,000~25,000,000 VND
・Probation : 2month (100% salary)
・Full 2-day weekends (Sat, Sun, public holidays off)
・Full-time employment (initial contract: 1 year)
・Start date: ASAP
