I. Responsibilities:

  1. Strategic Leadership:
  • Consult with the CEO and the Management to establish and promote the organizational vision and operational strategy.
  • Translate strategic objectives into actionable steps for growth, ensuring alignment with organizational priorities.
  • Develop and implement business strategies and plans that align with both short- and long-term objectives in collaboration with the CEO and the Management.
  1. Operational Excellence:
  • Oversee company operations, ensuring efficiency, productivity, and alignment with strategic goals.
  • Analyze internal operations to identify areas for process improvement and optimization.
  • Implement organization-wide goal setting, performance management, and annual operations planning to achieve business objectives.
  1. Financial Oversight:
  • Manage monthly and yearly operating budgets aggressively to ensure achievement of investor targets for growth and profitability.
  • Monitor organizational performance, take corrective actions when needed, and prepare detailed updates and forecasts for stakeholders.
  1. Product Development:
  • Drive the strategic development of fintech products, ensuring they align with market needs and company objectives.
  • Oversee the product development lifecycle, from ideation to market launch, ensuring quality and timely delivery.
  • Monitor post-launch product performance and implement improvements based on customer feedback and market trends.
  1. People and Culture:
  • Build and maintain a highly inclusive organizational culture, ensuring all team members can thrive and contribute effectively.
  • Lead initiatives to boost employee engagement and productivity, ensuring alignment with the company’s mission and values.
  • Provide guidance and leadership to department heads to achieve business targets and maintain operational excellence.
  1. Relationship Management:
  • Build and maintain strong, trusting relationships with key customers, clients, partners, and stakeholders.
  • Act as a primary point of contact for major business relationships and foster long-term partnerships.

II. Requirements:

  1. Qualifications and experience:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance, Information Technology/Computer Science or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in senior leadership roles, with proven success in operations, product development, and business strategy.
  • Experience in fintech or technology-driven industries is highly preferred.
