I. SALARY
Fixed salary: negotiable (according to ability) + 13th month salary
II. JOB DUTIES
● Participate in an outsourced project for a Japanese client.
● Act as a bridge between the Japanese client and the offshore project team in Vietnam.
● Prepare project documentation (The project domain is Insurance).
● Work directly with Japanese clients: communicate, negotiate, gather and analyze software project requirements, and convey them to the team in Vietnam.
● Plan, track progress, manage the team, and handle related tasks. JOB
III. REQUIREMENTS
Below is important skill to have:
● Strong experience in business analysis for SaaS-based IoT/IIoT platforms.
● Proficiency in JavaScript and understanding of front-end/backend integration.
● Experience using Figma for UI/UX analysis and wireframing.
● Familiarity with security standards (OWASP, ISO, IEC) and data protection best practices.
● Knowledge of enterprise applications such as CRM, Salesforce, and MES is a plus.
● Strong stakeholder management, negotiation, and communication skills.
● Experience in Agile methodologies and working with Azure DevOps for sprint tracking.
● Must be able to speak English & Japanese language
● Working time: 8.30 am – 5.30 pm from Monday to Friday
