Currently, we’re expanding a dedicated team for a well-known global FoodTech platform with operations in 50+ countries.
The team is responsible for developing a core backend module within a large-scale distributed system that handles millions of transactions daily.
Design, develop, and maintain microservices using Go and Python
Work on high-availability, distributed systems running at global scale
Build and optimize APIs interacting with real-time data pipelines
Ensure scalability, performance, and reliability across services
Participate in Agile processes, technical discussions, and peer reviews
6+ years of backend development experience
Proficiency in Go or Python (both is a strong plus) – Go Expertise = Must-have (Non-negotiable)
Solid understanding of microservices architecture, event-driven design
Hands-on experience with AWS (ECS, S3, CloudWatch…) and PostgreSQL
Strong problem-solving mindset, ownership, and communication skills
Experience with Airflow or other ETL orchestration tools
Background in high-load systems (e.g., e-commerce, logistics, fintech)
Familiarity with CI/CD, containerization, and monitoring tools
