- JOB DESCRIPTIONS
- Manage and coordinate architectural design consultants.
- Set design deliverables, timelines, and quality targets.
- Review and control design progress and compliance.
- Ensure designs meet budget through value engineering.
- Apply design standards and internal procedures.
- Coordinate with internal departments on design matters.
- Support management with architectural inputs and studies.
- Perform other tasks as assigned by Manager.
- REQUIREMENT
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or related field.
- 5 years of experience in Architecture or related roles.
- Experience in residential, high-rise, or complex building projects is an advantage.
- Good understanding of architectural design, construction process, and coordination with consultants.
- Proficient in architectural software: AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, 3Ds Max (or equivalent).
- Able to work independently with strong responsibility and attention to detail.
- Good teamwork, coordination, and communication skills.
- Good English communication skills.
- Basic MS Office skills.
