Now logistic work is taken care by Vietnamese QC Manager so needs to hire a specialized staff member.
▼Responsibility
・Coordinate and manage import/export procedures in compliance with Vietnamese regulations
・Prepare and manage shipping documents including invoices, packing lists, and customs declarations
・Communicate with freight forwarders, customs brokers, and related government agencies
・Track shipment status and ensure timely delivery of goods
・Collaborate with internal departments (production, accounting, procurement) to ensure smooth logistics flow
・Report to management and provide regular updates on shipping schedules and issues
・Handle documentation and records for audits and inspections related to logistics
▼Requirement
・Female
・Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, International Business, or a related field
・At least 1 years of experience in logistics or import/export operations, preferably in a manufacturing company
・Able to communicate by English or Japanese (At least 1 language)
・Able to commute to the workplace independently (no company shuttle provided)

・Salary : 10-12 mil VND
・Probation : 2month (85% salary)
