Rwazi is a market intelligence platform that provides companies with actionable data from developing markets on who is buying what, for how much, from where, when, and why, to help them drive revenue and expand. We utilize a network of qualified mappers spread across urban 40+ countries in Africa and South Asia, to collect data from their localities.
We are seeking an experienced Senior Front End Developer to join our team to build dynamic and responsive user interfaces using Vue 3. As a Senior Front End Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing and maintaining web applications, ensuring the delivery of high-quality code that meets the needs of our clients.
Working location: 23 P.Duy Tan, Dich Vong Hau, Cau Giay, Ha Noi
Working time: Monday to Friday, 9 am to 6 pm
Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain server-side architecture using Node.js.
- Collaborate with front-end developers to integrate user-facing elements using server-side logic.
- Implement and maintain robust and scalable APIs.
- Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
- Identify bottlenecks and bugs, and devise solutions to mitigate and address these issues.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and ensure the development team is using the latest and best practices.
- Participate in code and design reviews to maintain code quality and enhance team knowledge.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Node.js Developer or similar role.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript, Typescript and its ecosystem, including ES6+ features.
- Experience with Express.js frameworks.
- Solid understanding of asynchronous programming and event-driven architecture.
- Experience with RESTful API development and integration.
- Familiarity with databases such as MySQL. Knowledge of front-end technologies, such as HTML5, CSS3, and client-side JavaScript. Understanding of server-side templating languages.
- Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git). Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Problem-solving aptitude and a continuous improvement mindset.
Nice to Have:
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS.
- Experience with vuejs, reactjs. Familiarity with containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Knowledge of continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.
- Familiarity with microservices architecture.
